Masashi Kishimoto is not as original as everyone thinks. Orochimaru is also pardoned by Jiraiya, as he was merely possessed and not really responsible for what the snake spirit did. The snake spirit is destroyed, the Ogata and Matsuura clans come back to power, and Jiraiya and Tsunade get married. To defeat Orochimaru, Jiraiya obtains the Nakirimaru (wave cutting sword), and cuts the wave connecting the evil snake spirit and Orochimaru. When Jiraiya and Tsunade confront Orochimaru, their fight ends in a stalemate. Jiraiya and Tsunade are then taken in by a hermit who teaches toad magic to Jiraiya and slug magic to Tsunade. The snake spirit tries to solidify his power by throwing Jiraiya and Tsunade, the successors of the Ogata and Matsuura name, off of a cliff, but they both survive. With his newfound power, the snake spirit destroys the Ogata and Matsuura clans. The snake spirit used Orochimaru to infect the Tsukikage's mind, having him kill all of his children, and make Orochimaru his successor. The Tsukikage adopt Orochimaru out of gratitude, but unbeknownst to him, Orochimaru was under control of the snake spirit, and this was the snake spirit's plan all along. The snake spirit attacks the leader of the Tsukikage clan and attempts to kill him, but fails thanks to the actions of a boy named Orochimaru. Together, the clans control all the military power and therefore the government. These clans are named Ogata (which Jiraiya is a part of), Matsuura (which Tsunade is a part of), and Tsukikage. In order to accomplish his nefarious goal, the snake spirit must destroy the balance of Japan's three mightiest clans. What a worthless story it tourned out to be.The Tale of Jiraiya the Gallant begins when the evil snake spirit threatens to take over Japan. How sad that this will be the end twist to the tale of Jiraiya the Gallant. I thought I would defeat Pain, stop the Akatsuki and save the world from destruction. A person who would make a great choice that will bring either peace or destruction to the world of the shinobi. The Great lord Elder prophesied that I would be the one to guide the revolution. I'd die as a splendid shinobi, at least that's least that's how it's supposed to go. I swore I'd acomplish a deed so great that it would oblitorate all my faliures. I lived my life always believing that the lessons I learned are what haund me. And mistakes are important part of a plot, too. A tale is only good as it's final turn of events. I wish I could have diel like eact of the hokage. Compared to the great deeds of the hokage my actions are all insignificant things and deed. Not being able to stop my friend and unable to protect either my student or my mentor. And looking back, my life has really been full of nothing but faliure. A shinobi's life is not measured by how they live but rather it's measured by what they acomplish before their death. In the shinobi world it's not how you live, it's how you die. What a worthless story it turned out to be. I swore I'd accomplish a deed so great that it would obliterate all my failures. I lived my life always believing that the lessons I learned are what hound me. I wish I could have died like each of the hokage. And looking back, my life has really been full of nothing but failure. A shinobi's life is not measured by how they live but rather it's measured by what they accomplish before their death.
